We serve clients across Nigeria and can work remotely with businesses in any state. For clients in Lagos, we're available for in-person meetings at our office. For clients outside Lagos, we conduct meetings via video call, phone, or WhatsApp.

Our office hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Can you work with clients outside Lagos?

Absolutely! We work with clients across Nigeria and even internationally. Most of our communication and collaboration happens online through:

Our website development packages start from ₦150,000. The exact cost depends on:

  • Package Selected: Basic (₦150,000), Professional (₦350,000), or Business (₦650,000)
  • Features Needed: E-commerce, booking systems, custom functionality
  • Number of Pages: More pages require more design and development time
  • Complexity: Simple brochure sites vs complex web applications
  • Add-on Services: SEO, mobile app, maintenance plans

Our pricing includes:

Not included: Domain registration (₦5,000-₦10,000/year), hosting (₦25,000-₦50,000/year), and SSL certificate (₦10,000/year). These are separate costs that we can help you purchase.

Yes, we offer flexible payment options:

  • Standard: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery
  • 3-Month Plan: 40% upfront, 30% after design approval, 30% on delivery
  • Monthly Installments: Spread payment over 3-6 months (available for larger projects)

We accept bank transfers, online payments, and in some cases, credit/debit cards. We don't require full payment upfront for most projects.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. All costs are clearly outlined in our proposals. The only additional costs you might encounter are:

  • Third-party Services: Domain registration, hosting, SSL certificates (we help you purchase these)
  • Additional Features: If you request features not included in your original package
  • Content Creation: If you need us to write content or source images (optional)

We'll discuss all potential costs upfront and get your approval before proceeding with any additional work.

What happens after the free support period?

After the free support period ends (1 year for Basic, 2 years for Professional, lifetime for Business), you have several options:

  • Maintenance Plan: ₦15,000/month for regular updates, security monitoring, and technical support
  • Pay-per-Support: Pay only when you need help (₦5,000-₦20,000 per issue)
  • Self-Manage: Take over maintenance yourself (we provide documentation)

Most clients choose the maintenance plan for peace of mind and to ensure their website stays secure and up-to-date.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with this refund policy:

  • During Development: Full refund of amount paid minus any third-party costs incurred if you cancel before project completion
  • After Delivery: 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied with the final product
  • Exceptions: No refunds for work already completed and approved, or for domain/hosting costs which are paid to third parties

We've never had to issue a refund because we ensure clients are happy at every stage, but the policy is there for your peace of mind.

These timelines start after we receive the initial payment and all required content (text, images, etc.) from you. Delays in providing content can extend the timeline.

What do I need to provide?

To ensure timely delivery, we'll need:

  • Content: Text for all pages, About Us, services/products descriptions
  • Images: High-quality photos of your business, products, team
  • Brand Assets: Logo, color scheme, fonts (if you have them)
  • References: Links to websites you like (for design inspiration)
  • Functionality Details: Specific features you want (forms, integrations, etc.)
  • Credentials: Access to existing accounts (domain, hosting if applicable)

Don't worry if you don't have all these - we can help create content and source images for an additional fee.

How many revisions do I get?

We include generous revision allowances:

  • Design Phase: 3 rounds of revisions on the design mockups
  • Development Phase: 2 rounds of revisions on functionality
  • Final Review: 1 round of final tweaks before launch

Most clients are happy within 1-2 revisions. Additional revisions beyond these limits are billed at ₦10,000 per hour. We work closely with you to get things right the first time.

Yes! All our websites come with easy-to-use admin dashboards that allow you to:
